Leading UK, Australia and France-based Shopify Plus agency Swanky tasked us with crafting story-led product descriptions for their online cosmetic dermatology eCommerce brand. It wasn’t just another online skincare shop – it also offers dermatologists' advice, explains the formulas’ and ingredients’ key benefits and individually personalised skin care. 

It currently has six brand partners and a total of 31 products, selected by the in-house dermatologist to provide a solution to the most common skincare concerns for every skin type possible. Eighty percent of purchases come through product pages, predominantly via organic Google traffic, However, these buyers were unable to see the real selling points of the brand.

Our job was to breathe life into the product descriptions, ensuring the transformation resonated with the people browsing and ultimately buying.
